- The Canadian government arrested two men, one of which is a former police officer, for bringing low priced cheese into Canada. You know, I would just feel so unsafe eating reasonably priced cheese if the government weren’t there to protect our country from it. Oh wait, it’s not the citizenry they are trying to protect.
- The man behind who produced the film that has enraged portions of the Islamic world has been arrested in California

- Librivox just released a freely downloadable audio book of Bede’s Ecclesiastical History of England. You never know, this could the news that opens my friend Ian’s eyes to the fact that an audio book is indeed a real book
